I understand the UK TV companies consider Manchester City, Everton, Spurs haha and Portsmouth far more interesting and important than Aston Villa but it seems Bulgarian TV isn't interested either and their dear beloved neighbour Romania will be showing the game on Sports Klub....i believe this would be like Turk TV showing a greek derby game...
Is the villa game on these 100%
Show Sports 1(Showtime)
YES Sport 1
Supersport 5SA (South Africa)
SportKlub+ Serbia
SportKlub Romania

TBH I don't think it has to do with considering those teams "more important" but just a matter of what time the games are taking place and the actual cost of covering it. As far as I can see the Villa game clashes with 3 other English teams: Everton, Portsmouth and Man City. I don't know the results of the first leg but it just might be the second leg is considered more valuable for the money they have to pay. The Spurs game is at 15.40cet, covered by the Polish TV and therefor the coverage costs are considerably less and the timing is pretty unique on a thursday.
The Villa game is on Show Sports 2, SK Rom, SK+ Ser, SS5 SA, YES Sport 1, Tele Deporte and TV2 Bulgaria (http://satfootball.proboards27.com/index.cgi?board=fixtures&action=display&thread=36636). Might be more channels confirmed by this evening, and most likely a feed.

Bulgarian TV 2 will show the game, but Litex has no chance, after lost 1:3 the home match. In Bulgaria the interest of the game is Villa's player Stilian Petrov - Bulgarian national team cap.

Not FTA.
One think I can imagine too is if Villa is nearly qualified they don't want their rights sold in England so they can attract more spectators at the ground.
